Frequently Asked Quetions

  • Login to the dashboard.
  • Click on the "ADMIN AREA" on the top menu.
  • Click call widget, and click on the "Create Call Widget" button.
  • Then you will be able to create the call widget.
  • After your call widget is created, you will see the call widget public key.
  • Copy the key and paste to the wherever you are asked to fill into.
Very Important:
If you choose to forward the calls to an external phone number, you will need to purchase some credits to do that.
Once you have your account created, there will be 1 credit granted to your account for your testing.
  • Your call widget call key is correctly copy from the dashboard?
  • You have set a call widget schedule? And the timezone is correctly selected?
  • Did you try to clean up the browser cache?

Shopify Users?
  • Did you switch on the "Display Call Widget" option setting form?
  • Just enabled? Wait 2 minutes and check again.
Wordpress Users?
  • Have you correctly set up your page rules?
(1) Are you forwarding the calls to external phone number?
  • If yes, then the phone number is correctly filled with an international phone number format? Correct example: +12223334444. Wrong example: 001222333444.
  • You have credits left in your account? If don't you need to purchase some credits to transfer calls to external phone numbers.
(2) Are you forwarding calls to an answer endpoint?
  • If you forwarded the calls to an answer endpoint, did you assign the calls to any agents?
  • If yes, then check the call agent is logged into the app dashboard and started the Call Agent?
  • Are you forwarding calls to external number from answer endpoints? Check (1).
  • You have a good network condition?
If you want to enable voice mail, you will  need "Answer Endpoint":
  • In the dashboard, navigate to "ADMIN AREA".
  • In the app dashboard, navigate to "Answer Endpoint"
  • Click on the "Create Answer Endpoint" button.
  • Click on the "Create New Endpoint" button.
  • Note: If you are forwarding the calls to and external phone number, you don't need to choose an answer agent.
  • After your answer endpoint is created, you will see the Voice Mail option. Now you can enable it.
  • Now this is very important, keep reading.
  • Having the answer endpoint created, you need to back to your call widget.
  • In the call widget page, click "Edit"
  • Then forward the call to the answer endpoint you have just created.
Does it require VIP plan? Yes.
If you want to enable call recordings, you will  need "Answer Endpoint":
  • In the dashboard, navigate to "ADMIN AREA".
  • In the app dashboard, navigate to "Answer Endpoint"
  • Click on the "Create Answer Endpoint" button.
  • Click on the "Create New Endpoint" button.
  • Note: If you are forwarding the calls to and external phone number, you don't need to choose an answer agent.
  • After your answer endpoint is created, you will see the Call Recording options. Now you can enable it.
  • Now this is very important, keep reading.
  • Having the answer endpoint created, you need to back to your call widget.
  • In the call widget page, click "Edit"
  • Then forward the call to the answer endpoint you have just created.
Does it require VIP plan? Yes.
Call Agent is a staff account which allows your staff login to the dashboard and answer the calls. How to create a call agent account?
  • In the dashboard, navigate to "AGENTS".
  • Click on the "Add Call Agent" button.
  • Fill the information, for example, login name and password.
How the agents login?
  • Agents will login with link: https://dashboard.thiscallbutton.com/
How to assign calls to an agent?
  • Choose an answer endpoint, click "Edit", in the edit page, choose an agent to answer calls.
Very Important:
  • 1 agent can only assign to 1 answer endpoint.
  • And also, 1 answer endpoint can also be assigned to 1 agent.
If you want to transfer calls to external phone numbers, you will need credits. Our system is also be charged international calling credits by the ISP providers.

SIP trunk allows you to transfer calls to external numbers.

To transfer calls to external numbers, you can:
